Lorraine Kossol, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is part of Comprehensive Cancer’s team of advanced practice providers that help coordinate world-class patient treatment in a supportive and caring environment.
EDUCATION
Lorraine Kossol, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 1985. She received her master’s in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from UNLV in 2012. Lorraine is also certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
EXPERIENCE
Lorraine is a board certified family nurse practitioner at Lung Center of Nevada, a division of Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada, where she assesses and treats adult patients with acute and chronic pulmonary health concerns. She also treats patients with chronic health concerns at Take Care Health Systems and the UNLV Student Health Center.
Prior to joining Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada, Lorraine worked as a nurse practitioner at Cardiovascular Surgery Associates and Sunrise Hospital in Nevada. She previously worked as a nurse in the medical surgical unit at Washington Hospital in Washington, Pennsylvania.
