Comprehensive Cancer Centers announced plans to open a new flagship cancer treatment center within the LEED-certified Molasky Corporate Center in downtown Las Vegas.
Comprehensive Cancer Centers announced plans to open a new flagship treatment center within the LEED-certified Molasky Corporate Center in downtown Las Vegas, located at 100 N City Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89106. The flagship location will occupy 15,000 square feet on the building’s first floor and is scheduled to welcome patients in April 2026.
The flagship cancer treatment center places Comprehensive Cancer Centers within the burgeoning Las Vegas Medical District, furthering the practice’s mission to provide world-class cancer care in a setting convenient to residents across the valley. With easy access from Interstate 15 and U.S. 95, the site underscores Comprehensive’s commitment to serving patients close to home while contributing to the district’s growth as Southern Nevada’s premier hub for academic medicine and clinical research.
The Las Vegas Medical District is a collaborative effort between the City of Las Vegas and the downtown Las Vegas medical and health care community. The LVMD creates an environment that supports future and continued development of businesses and real property within the district. The goal is to further the availability of services complementary to current medical providers, build on the sense of community and enhance the quality of health care for all Southern Nevada.
Comprehensive’s newest location also strengthens ties with neighboring institutions such as the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV and nearby hospitals, supporting future collaborations in graduate medical education and research. The practice has plans to host rotating medical and nursing students from UNLV, Nevada State University, Touro University and Roseman University of Health Sciences.
The expansion will create new employment opportunities across clinical, administrative and support roles, reinforcing the practice’s role as a major health-care employer in Southern Nevada. Beyond its new Las Vegas Medical District treatment center, the practice operates 12 treatment centers and one central business office.
“This new facility reflects our ongoing investment in patient-centered innovation and our belief that people heal best when care is both advanced and accessible,” said Dr. Rupesh J. Parikh, practice president and medical oncologist at Comprehensive. “By expanding into the Las Vegas Medical District, we can connect more patients to cutting-edge treatments, state-of-the-art diagnostics and trailblazing clinical research without them having to travel far from their community.”
“The opening of this new cancer treatment center in the Las Vegas Medical District is a tremendous step forward for our community,” adds City of Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley. “By expanding access to world-class care and research, this facility will provide hope and healing for countless families across Southern Nevada. I applaud Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada for their commitment to advancing healthcare and strengthening our city’s role as a hub for medical innovation.”
“We are over the moon about the coming flagship office for Comprehensive Cancer Centers at Molasky Corporate Center in downtown Las Vegas… it’s such a perfect fit,” says Andrew Molasky, President of Parkway Center LLC. “Their mission is to fight cancer and we fully support their efforts to improve the longevity and quality of life for their patients.”
Designed to foster healing and collaboration, the treatment center will overlook a tranquil healing garden, providing a calming environment for patients and families. Services will include medical oncology, diagnostic PET/CT imaging, genetic counseling and access to the practice’s extensive clinical research program. The practice will conduct phase II and III clinical trials on-site.
