All requests for release of medical records are handled through Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada’s Medical Records Department. If you would like to mail your request to us, please send it to the attention of Medical Records at your cancer care location listed below.

Fee Schedule:
Patient Request – No fee for the first request. A charge of .60 cents per page will apply for additional requests.

Doctor Request – No charge.

Please allow 48 hours for your request to be completed. Exceptions can be made, depending upon the circumstances.
