PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Dr. Rowan received a medical degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, Virginia. He completed his internship at Beth Israel Hospital in New York City. His residency in Medical Oncology and Hematology was at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, New York.

ACADEMIC POSITIONS
Dr. Rowan has served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine and Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He was attending physician in oncology and hematology at University Medical Center before joining Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada.

CERTIFICATION
Dr. Rowan is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology.

MEMBERSHIPS & HONORS
Dr. Rowan is affiliated with several societies. He is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, Nevada Oncology Society and Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

PERSONAL
Dr. Rowan and his wife share an interest for classical music. They are season ticket holders to the Las Vegas Philharmonic and are members of the Philharmonic Guild. They travel to various cities to enjoy the music of renowned symphonies.
